Return Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any items(s) returned in original condition and packing materials minus shipping/postage. There is a flat $7.00 restocking fee for items in damaged or other packing container than originally shipped. All postage to and from Jewelry Sky Diamond is borne by purchaser except when prior authorization is obtained. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained for any exceptions.
